“The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts.” – C.S. Lewis
This beautiful and profound statement encapsulates the value of education. Nothing can quite uplift our spirit in quite the same manner as education does. We firmly believe that the key differentiation that matters is the ethos of the institute.
Our Institution is dedicated to Civil Services Examination preparation, providing education of the highest quality and guiding tomorrow’s leaders. As the time passes by the work of a bureaucrat is becoming increasingly complex, therefore those who aspire to become tomorrow’s leaders need to acquire specialized skill, knowledge and attitude.
Working your way from a beginner’s level to clearing your exams require; rather demand updating on regular basis. Understanding UPSC itself is a daunting task. Most students and many a times teachers as well fall short in this respect. We never did. The simple reason is the long experience in teaching field by our faculty. We do not rest on our past laurels, for us every lecture is a new challenge
It is well-known that the Civil Services Examination, through its various stages, tests a candidate’s suitability to the top-rank positions of Indian bureaucracy. A candidate is thus tested for his administrative traits — mental alertness, critical powers, clear and logical exposition, balance of judgment, variety and depth of interest, ability for social cohesion and leadership, intellectual and moral integrity and also for his social traits.
While the above qualities cannot be acquired overnight, a candidate, nevertheless, has to inculcate and acquire these qualities. During our two-decades of teaching and guiding civil services aspirants I have learnt that the requisite administrative traits, techniques and qualities can be inculcated in the students’ personality through scientifically designed guidance and training. After years of research, our team has developed a course-structure that ensures that the students study the concerned subjects along with developing the administrative traits, techniques and soft-skills necessary to succeed in the civil services examination.
Our guidance programme emphasizes on skill development so that our students are trained to use their resources optimally and emerge victorious not only in this examination but in every challenge of life.
In our experience we have seen that a fresher usually starts preparing just after graduation. During the time in college the student is not used to the pressures of information gathering, prioritising, understanding and most importantly improvising.
This is where a mentor comes into the picture. A true mentor is one who is able to discuss a lecture in a manner which is appealing, inquisitive to cater to the needs of all strata of students. Dumping down information has never helped anyone, this being our main focus our lectures are designed to chip off the dirt and grit, which enables a student to become an aspirant.
Civil Services Examinations are feared by many as if it was an invincible daemon, but over the past two decades our faculty has proved otherwise. What is required is self-belief on the part of the student and proper mentorship. While the former is dependent on a number of internal and external factors, the latter is purely external, and this is where we excel.
We, as a group of highly committed individuals take a lot of pride in assisting bright young aspirants in achieving their dream. We have been providing a platform to mentor students in the best possible way at every point in their preparation.
We do not promise that you have a guarantee that with us you will clear these examinations, what we promise is a sincere and dedicated effort by every member of our team.
Our vision is to provide an environment that is extremely conducive to take on the rigours of this exam and make this painful process; one to enjoy and cherish. The outcome is an experience for the students that will certainly exceed their expectations.
Hence, we equip our students with all the essentials in their repertoire to believe that they are ready for the exam. Our teaching methodology thus hinges on instilling the self belief in our students which is utmost important in defeating the daemon and eventually succeeding in the exam.
